Drones aid firefighting operations by providing an aerial view of the fire scene, which offers firefighters real-time information about the fire’s progress. Drones with FLIR thermal allow incident command to see through smoke and better direct fire suppression or rescue operations.

How can Fire Departments utilize drones?

Search & Rescue -

With our thermal imaging equipped drones, it makes searching for lost, and or injured persons a much more effective with less personnel. Our drones can easily search very large areas in almost any weather enviroment.

Structural Fire Scene -

Easily manage and coordinate a progressive attack by implementing a drone at a building fire. Dual Thermal imaging & live video to the command post makes for a quick 360 and gives you the ability to know whats happening on all sides, plus giving you a better understanding of how the fire in progressing.

Wildland Fire Scene -

Much like the uses on a structural fire scene, drones on a wildland fire can give you much better situational awareness and ability to understand how the fire is developing. Use thermal imaging and live video feed to coordinate a progressive attack, and locate hot spots and or spot fires.

Hazmat Operations -

Unlike fire and rescue operations, hazmat situations are often take more time to enter safely. Drones give you the extra option to quickly enter the hot zone and assess the situation. From the drones prospective, you can safely collect vital information and create much more situational awareness for the entering team.

Natural Disasters -

In any natural disaster situation, and any weather condition, drones can make handling large scale incidents much more effective. Weather it be searching for flood victims, or assessing building collapses, drones can make quick work by accessing areas that ground personnel cannot easily get to.
